My Kitchen Although the layout is 1LDK, I use it like a 1R apartment without any partitions. I've kept my kitchen appliances and even my frying pans black and silver, selecting items that I'd like to display and keep on display without interfering with the rest of my decor. I love the refined, streamlined design of my Balmuda rice cooker and Yamazaki rice container, which don't clash with the rest of my decor. I try to avoid compromising when choosing items that I'll likely not replace.
