These days, I've gotten rid of my electric rice cooker and am enjoying making rice in a pot :) The freshly cooked, hot rice is so sticky and delicious, and the scorched rice is delicious too. It cooks faster than I thought, which is actually more satisfying. It's a heavy Staub, but it looks great in the kitchen. Having something pretty makes me happy in the kitchen...
