🍴 Galette & Fig Salad I was trying to empty out the fridge when I glanced over, and I saw all the ingredients for the galette... Excited🤭 A simple, delicious, and pretty favorite dish✨ The portion might be a little small, so I baked a Campagne. And a salad with arugula, figs, and Brie cheese😎 🔖 Grill two strips of bacon first, then cut them in half to make four pieces. Spread the crepe on a lightly buttered pan. Leave the center empty, and arrange it in a "ㅁ" shape with the bacon. Wrap the mozzarella cheese around the bacon. Pour an egg into the empty center. 🥚 Fold the crepe along the bacon's shape, folding the four corners toward the center. Carefully remove the yolk and cook over low heat just long enough for the egg to cook.
