<House Orientation: Southwest vs. Southeast> One of the most important factors when looking for a home is its orientation. In Korea, homes facing south are preferred, as they receive ample sunlight, from the sun rising in the east until it sets in the west. However, due to the limited number of homes that can be built, many homes face southwest or southeast. My home also faces southwest.
