#코파핑크플레이트 I was slowly eating the coppa I had in the fridge, and finally made it properly yesterday 🙌🏻 I liked the pink color of the plating, so I named it "CopaPinkPlate."💓 It didn't smell like salty coppa, and it wasn't too salty, which was nice. I thought this would be a simple meal. I took out my favorite baguette, toasted it, spread butter on it, topped it with the coppa, sprinkled olive oil and pepper, and topped it with a teaspoon of Earl Grey peach jam. It was so delicious.🥰 I recommend eating it open, without the lid! And be sure to drizzle olive oil on the coppa. Now that the weather's getting warmer, I'm reaching for tea.
