While I was wondering how to enjoy this leisurely weekend morning, (It was 11 o'clock, but it was too early to call it morning.) I decided to make coffee with the moka pot for the first time in a while, so I took out the whole beans that had been sleeping. In the past, I would have weighed them and thought about how much water to add, but this day, I just went with what felt right. I remember the last time I did it, it boiled over quickly, so I stood guard, but there was no news for a while. Looking back, I think there must have been too much water. And here was my coffee boiling!! But then I heard a noise again, and I turned it off. I couldn't remember, so I stared at it for a while... And sure enough, my coffee had boiled over. I hurriedly wiped it off with a dishcloth, and it was a precious cup. ​ Actually, there was a lot of water and a lot of coffee beans, so there was a lot of strong coffee and another cup left in that cup.
