An Early Autumn Evening Record๐ Our baby is already 77 days old. Now, the baby is falling asleep earlier and earlier, so late evenings have become our free time. Today, I decided to diligently enjoy the time after the baby's nap. My healing time usually takes place in the kitchen. I quietly worked on the baking I'd been putting off, hoping the baby would wake up. There's nothing more satisfying than opening the fridge and finding bread or scones I've made. How satisfying it is to eat a snack I've made after a feeding or while the baby naps! As someone who loves bread, I especially enjoy the taste of homemade bread because I know the ingredients. Tonight, I'm making "Raspberry Bread" to stock up on in the fridge. It's a very simple bread. ๐ฉโ๐ณ12T almond flour, 2 eggs, 1T plain yogurt, 1T low-sugar jam, 3T allulose, 1t baking soda, chocolate chips (as desired), frozen raspberries (as desired), cinnamon powder (optional) Pour the batter into a parchment-lined rectangular pan and air fry for 25 minutes at 170ยฐC! Simple, but guaranteed delicious๐ I tried it with frozen blueberries and it was delicious, so I switched to frozen raspberries this time. It was just as delicious :) The smell of baking bread in the kitchen on a late fall evening always brings a warm feeling. I love bread, but maybe I just love the fragrant, warm aroma of bread wafting through my home even more! Tonight's tea time: A warm slice of raspberry bread and a glass of warm soy milkโ๏ธ So good๐ #Today's Home #ํ๋ฒ ์ดํน #๋ผ์ฆ๋ฒ ๋ฆฌ #ํ์นดํ
