My dear friends, How have you been?!🥹 Before and after the long holiday weekend, I've been having a lot of health issues here and there (internal medicine, surgery, endoscopy, ultrasound...) so I've been focusing on my health. My mind is always 25, but my body doesn't seem to be. It's frustrating. Thankfully, nothing major is wrong, but for the time being, I'm reminding myself to focus on the present and not overdo it. .
