I wanted to make a healthy snack for my baby after returning to work, so I made Basque Cheesecake. It wasn't sweet yet since I'm still on a salt-free diet, but my baby was so cute enjoying it today ;) We went to a cafe, and the moms had coffee desserts, and the babies finished off the whole Basque Cheesecake...
