<Tangerine Pie> Today, I baked a sweet and refreshing pie using Jeju tangerines. 🍊 The tangerine compote paired with yogurt whipped cream was a perfect match. 🫶🏻 •Ingredients 5 tangerines, 10g raw sugar, 10g lemon juice 100g whipping cream, 50g Greek yogurt, 10g raw sugar 3 pastry sheets, 1 egg yolk, lemon mint (for decoration) Cut the edges of the pastry sheets and overlap them. Place the compote in the center and bake in the oven at 170°C for 15 minutes! (Adjust the baking time based on the color.) Neatly layer the whipped cream yogurt over the well-baked pastry and compote. Place the compote on top, and you're done! 🫶🏻 When making the compote, I thought about topping the pie, so I left some oyster pieces unmashed and simmered them.
