This spot was originally meant for a kitchen drawer, but since a dishwasher was installed there, the sauce cabinet and the dishwasher are right next to each other in our house. The heat from the dishwasher is felt directly inside the sauce cabinet, so I was worried that oils, in particular, might spoil. So, after much consideration... I removed all the sauces and hung the cooking utensils there instead.
