A main dinner plate with a simple, timeless flavor that won't get old no matter how long you use it! 🥹 Today's menu is a perfect addition to the main dish, but I thought it would look great with any other simple dish! 👀✨ "Seasoned Yukhoe" 🧑🏻‍🍳😋 (with. Ryu Soo-young's Lifetime Recipe) 🫶🏻 1️⃣ Seasoned Yukhoe 📌 Ingredients 600g brisket, 3T sesame seeds, 3T sesame oil, 3T corn syrup, 1T gochujang, 1T minced garlic, 1/2 pear, 1 egg yolk 📌 Recipe 1. Finely grind the sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle.👏🏻 2. Make a marinade by mixing the sesame powder from step 1 with 3T sesame oil, 3T corn syrup, 1T gochujang, and 1T minced garlic.👏🏻 3. Gently mix the brisket with the marinade.👏🏻 (For the Yukhoe Bibimbap) (It's good to have some of the seasoning left over!) 4. Slice the pears and arrange them on a plate, top with the raw beef, and top with an egg yolk. 👏🏻 2️⃣ Raw Beef Bibimbap 📌 Ingredients Appropriate amount of raw beef, 1 egg yolk, 1 bowl of rice, 2 stalks of green onions, 4 leaves of lettuce, 4 leaves of ssammu 📌 Preparation 1. Cut the green onions with a vegetable peeler and soak in vinegar water. 2. Shred the lettuce. 3. Shred the ssammu. 📌 Recipe 1. Place the rice in a bowl and top generously with the shredded green onions, lettuce, ssammu, and raw beef.👏🏻 2. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the seasoning sauce and top with an egg yolk.👏🏻 While the flank steak is great, you can also go to the butcher and ask for the best cut of meat available for raw beef!💪🏻 Make this with a generous amount of meat and enjoy!
