#콘수프필름 After two failed attempts, I finally succeeded in making focaccia 😋🍴 I was supposed to use strong flour, but I tried hard twice with cake flour... Here's the idiot who finally figured it out 🥹🤣 Because I used cake flour, it ended up being really hard and sticky ㅠㅠ Strong flour is key for focaccia! ⭐️ I wanted to make it a little healthier since I'm making it at home, so I tried using Korean wheat flour, and it fermented well and rose up noticeably!! (256g strong flour / 228g water / 4g dry yeast / 6g salt / 2 tbsp olive oil) I folded the dough three times every 30 minutes, then let it rise for 90 minutes. I then transferred it to a baking sheet, folded it once more, and let it rise for another 90 minutes. :) While other recipes usually require more than a day for the rise, this recipe came out perfectly puffed up even without a long rise time.🙌🏻 I topped it with cherry tomatoes and basil pesto, and it was even more delicious! I preheated the Samsung oven briefly and baked it at 200°C for 20 minutes. I checked the dough halfway through and added 3 minutes.🔥 Ah!
