Make the Bedding I've heard that making the blankets right away isn't good for your health, so I ventilate the room a bit before making them. It might feel annoying for a few seconds, but seeing the clean bedding afterwards is incredibly satisfying. 2. Ventilation I read in a book a while ago that when you ventilate, breathe in the fresh air, and notice the dust floating in the air, you automatically feel motivated to do something productive (like washing up or cleaning). I usually sleep with the window slightly open, but lately, the weather has gotten so cold that I've been keeping both the window and door tightly shut. So, as soon as I wake up, I open the window wide and let the air out for an hour. You too, make sure to open your window and ventilate the room in the morning! 3-1. Minimalist Skincare for a Stronger Skin Barrier I've been practicing a minimalist lifestyle and have also cut down on skincare. As I've entered my 30s, I've noticed my skin becoming increasingly flaky and was concerned. Then I discovered the brand Dimap. I was fooled by the claims that it strengthens the skin barrier, so I tried it. Wow! Super-fast hair styling that cuts 20 minutes from getting ready for work This hair styling routine has brought a new glow to my fine, limp, and even frizzy hair. Originally, I had to blow-dry and straighten my hair, which damaged my hair and took a long time (at least 30 minutes). My current routine is to infuse it with protein using the From Labs treatment, then spray another protein spray before blow-drying, and then finish with an air wrap. The double protein treatment prevents damage, and the moderate heat of the air helps reduce the time and prevents hair damage, which has greatly improved my hair's texture. 4. Kitchen Organization Since I don't have a dishwasher, I dry the dishes after dinner on a drying rack. Sometimes, if I have the time and energy, I wipe them with a cloth, but most of the time, I let them dry overnight. (It's so exhausting after work.) My husband and I both have sensitive and weak intestines, so we both take probiotics. However, we always end up gassy and bloated at night. I saw an Instagram ad for a probiotic supplement that targets the small intestine, so I bought it and started taking it. Since then, I've definitely experienced less gas and a lighter stomach.
