The places we spend the most time in during the day are the living room and kitchen. Our baby is still young, so we're living without a sofa for the time being because we have a fence. But I'm more satisfied than uncomfortable because I can give him a wider world. I love simple and clean interiors. A minimalist space where even the smallest details bring light, and I feel much more at ease in it. These days, baby items are slowly taking up space, so things aren't as organized as they used to be, but I want to live as neatly as possible, even while raising a child. So, I'm working hard every day. 🤭 I don't want to overwork myself with housework, so I put things away in storage and leave the sink empty. It's a magical way of organizing that makes things neat and easy to clean. In a day already full of parenting, I've come to love a more minimalist lifestyle, so that cleaning doesn't become a stressful task. I keep dishwashing detergent and hand sanitizer in a dispenser, and I keep a glass of water on a small shelf. Most of my home's items are organized as if they're floating in mid-air. A quick wipe with a mop instantly cleans the kitchen. At that moment, my mind feels organized as well. Childcare, housework, work— none of it can be perfect, but I'm doing my best within the given time. These days, I'm learning unexpected peace and happiness in a life of giving up what needs to be given up, achieving what needs to be achieved, and making small compromises.
