The color was a more toned-down, darker wood than I expected. Perhaps it's a subtle touch of interior design? When I first saw the photo, I was thinking of pairing the chair with the vanity. But when I saw it in person, I immediately thought the dark walnut color would complement the walnut cabinet I was using as both a storage unit and a vanity. It turned out perfectly. The natural texture of the wood adds warmth to the space, creating a natural, cozy atmosphere.
