On a cold day like today, a bowl of hot yukgaejang is a must! It's spicy and tangy, so I added a fried egg 🍳 + some seasoned bellflower root I made yesterday. I whipped up this yukgaejang recipe based on Mr. Eonam's recipe! I skipped the ssamjang. 📌500ml beef bone broth, 1L of water, 4 tablespoons red pepper powder, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 4 tablespoons tuna sauce, 5 pinches salt I added plenty of oyster mushrooms, bracken, bean sprouts, and green onions.
