#비포애프터 Let me introduce you to the before-and-after of our kitchen. We did the kitchen remodel semi-self-directly, and looking back, it feels brand new again! The existing kitchen was preserved exactly as it was when it was completed. It had a veranda, and the countertops and walls were finished with natural marble. It was surrounded by high-end materials, so I felt it was a shame to lose it, but the color was too dark and didn't fit my design vision, so I decided to completely demolish it. 🛠️ We expanded the veranda space to create more refrigerator space and increase the overall kitchen space. For a neat and tidy look, we installed a built-in Miele dishwasher and a Dietrich induction cooktop. The upper and lower kitchen cabinets are all from IKEA. To complement the hardwood floors, we chose a wood-grained upper cabinet door. The kitchen countertop and midway are finished in Kanstone, and the previously dull LED lights were replaced with 2-inch recessed fixtures from Parts! All were installed in warm, warm tones, creating a warmer feel. The structural changes were also implemented, making the difference even more noticeable. Looking at the photos side by side, the difference between the before and after is incredible, isn't it?!
