⏰️It's back, pot rice day🐷 I bought some thinly sliced pork belly to make kimchi pork, but I thought it would be delicious on top of the pot rice like a pork rice bowl❣️ And so, #치즈김치대패삼겹덮밥 was born. I stir-fried the green onion oil and kimchi together, then added the thinly sliced pork belly and seasoning sauce and cooked until simmering. Add the onions and green onions at the very end! 📌 For the 200g thinly sliced pork belly, the seasoning sauce should be 0.5 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cheongju (rice wine), 1 tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste), 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic, 0.3 tablespoon minced ginger, 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil, and 0.5 tablespoons oligosaccharide. 📌 Once the rice is cooked in the cast iron pot, cover the rice with chives or green onions, lay the meat on top, top with mozzarella cheese, close the lid, and let it steam.
