Here's a collection of today's Jeomechu menus. There's a saying that goes, "When you go grocery shopping, you look at other people's carts while you're shopping," lol. I hope this helps you decide on a menu. I've compiled a few simple dishes I made! 1. Ratatouille 🏷️ Ingredients: Eggplant, zucchini, low-sodium bacon 🏷️ Sauce: Arrabiata sauce (tastier than regular tomato sauce!) 🏷️ Lay the sauce on top, alternate the ingredients, add cheese, and microwave for 16 minutes. Done! 2. Stir-fried Squid 🏷️ Ingredients: 2 squid, onion 🏷️ Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon allulose 🏷️ Stir-fry the minced garlic, squid, and onion together, then add the soy sauce and allulose. Finally, add the red pepper powder and you're done! 3. Stir-fried Pork 🏷️ Ingredients: Pork belly, onion 🏷️ Sauce: 1 tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste), 1 tablespoon gochugaru (red pepper powder), 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon cooking wine 🏷️ Stir-fry the pork belly and onion until almost cooked through. Add the sauce and stir-fry until done! 4. Salmon Ochazuke 🏷️ Ingredients: Salmon, Ochazuke Furikake (seaweed flavor) 🏷️ Just top with green tea water or water with a drop of tsuyu, furikake, and grilled salmon! I'm a newlywed who hates complicated cooking, so I only cook simple meals! It's much easier to thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator the day before. #Homecooking #빌레로이 #오덴세
