I changed my room layout and went to Seoul for the first time in a while, and I did all the things I love. I went to an exhibition I'd been wanting to see, rode a bike along the Han River, ate my favorite food with a friend, and saw beautiful, new things. Now that I've done all of these things, I wonder why I couldn't do them when they weren't so difficult. What could possibly be so wonderful about it? I think I need to keep exploring the things I love and make time for them, even if they're small. It's the most kind thing I can do for myself! My mindset is changing these days in many ways.
