The living room, in particular, is where my husband and cat spend the most time together, so it tends to get messy. So, I keep it clean so I can just walk around and sweep without having to remove everything. So, even though I don't have a cozy rug, pretty objects, or small furniture, it's become the most comfortable living room that fits my lifestyle.
