Make sure to create a space in each room for miscellaneous items! In the master bedroom, I store things I don't need very often, using a combination of IKEA Ekett cabinets and clear drawers. I mostly store stationery and small appliances in the drawers above, and below, I've collected papers, books, and my child's artwork in binders 😅.
