🍚 I prepare a healthy meal using seasonal ingredients, prepared with care. I went to yoga this morning and received some ingredients from the instructor. She said she grew pumpkin, pumpkin leaves, and radish greens in her own garden. I prepared dinner using these seasonal ingredients. I diced the pumpkin and stir-fried it with plenty of shrimp and squid. I chopped the radish greens into thin strips and mixed them with fried tofu and pollack roe. I steamed the pumpkin leaves and finished the meal. I'm planning to have dinner with the pumpkin and sweet potato rice I made earlier. After yoga class, I always walk to the corner and chat. I've been taking classes with my yoga instructor, who is about the same age as my parents, for years, but we've never met in person. Nevertheless, we have a lot in common and she gives me so much helpful advice that I always find inspiration.
