It doesn't just protect your induction cooktop from scratches💖 It also helps prevent your pot from slipping, eliminating the hassle of holding it with one hand while cooking! So, the larger your pot, the better your induction mat! The induction mat I use is a whopping 24cm, so it prevents contamination from the induction cooktop, and it also keeps even my huge earthenware pots from slipping! My most frequently used wok is a 28cm wok, and I love how stable it is for cooking. 😁 The one I used before was a bit small, so the bottom of the wok would go over the induction mat, and it would always tip to the side! But this induction mat is incredibly stable! 😄 And finally, I used up the induction mat and put it back in its place. It's just so pretty... It's even prettier to leave it on after use. 😂 If it gets dirty, I can just put it in the dishwasher and use it again.
