My adorable son, who wanted to eat flying fish roe gunpan, ambitiously prepared one at his request. I thought it would be difficult to make sweet soy sauce, so I bought store-bought chodari sauce. I also added tuna mayo, spicy marinated mackerel, and cranberry anchovies, so I couldn't just make flying fish roe gunpan!
