I finally got around to cleaning up the baby mat in the living room and putting down a rug! (Of course, I haven't cleaned up the hallway mat yet...) To celebrate, I also slightly rearranged the living room furniture, and it feels even cozier than I expected, so I'm really loving it. 🤎 The new rug has a warm color, and I love the texture—it's just the right amount of rough and soft.
