Since moving into this house, I've been gardening and still cleaning up every day. We used to eat gobongbap (rice cakes) The pasta I'm making for the first time in a while is actually fresh noodles! The fresh pasta I had in Yeonhui-dong was the best, but as of today, our Kim Dae-gam pasta is the best! Carbonara made with egg yolk, not cream. The process of making it and the taste were both amazing! I layered the plates together, creating a simple yet elegant look. I even poured water into a wine glass. Was this a Christmas rehearsal?
