I found something beautiful again. I think people who appreciate my home probably appreciate the crisp, neutral furniture and the tonal balance. However, sometimes, a breeze blows through, and I actually enjoy the rough, vintage feel. Because my home has lots of windows, I've been installing a mix of curtains and blinds. Recently, I've been eyeing something new, so I added it. I layered some wrinkled roll-up curtains over the blinds on the recessed windows. Since the purpose is more for home styling than for screens, I love the way the light reflects. The long, thin black ribbon adds a touch of charm. You can style it in various ways, such as tying it up or down, and adjusting the width and height of the ribbon.
