Of course, the price played a part in delaying my decision, but ultimately, it was worth the money. 🤑 While searching for something that was neither too plain nor too unique, yet somehow appealing, I stumbled upon the Herman Miller Nelson Cigar Lotus Floor Lamp. It had a comfortable, hanji-like feel, yet it was a different stand-alone design from the ceiling-mounted ones I'd seen before. This was a huge draw. Furthermore, there are so many counterfeit ceiling-mounted lights these days, which, while beautiful, also makes me reluctant. The stand-alone model was a huge advantage for me because it wasn't commonly found in stores or at bookstores. Luckily, the included Herman Miller ring allowed me to show off my investment. 🌝 It exudes a luxurious atmosphere no matter where I place it, and it also adds a unique, yet somehow oriental, vibe. After much deliberation, I finally decided to bring it home. ☕️ During the day, it adds a touch of elegance to a previously empty space, and at night, it creates a unique, oriental yet cozy atmosphere, creating a truly luxurious feel. 🤎 At first glance, it looked like thin Korean paper, so I was worried it might be fragile. But if you look at the photos I posted, which show the surface up close in bright daylight, you'll see that's not the case.
