Dark wood-toned tall cabinets and lower cabinets create a smooth surface, making the kitchen feel like a living room wall, not a kitchen. This creates a much more spacious and organized space. Tip: Hiding appliances like the refrigerator, dishwasher, and water purifier within the furniture or coordinating their colors to create a sense of unity is a must-have for the 2025 kitchen. 2️⃣ Open Island and Large Tiles The open-plan kitchen island, the centerpiece of the kitchen, serves as a hub for family interaction while cooking. In particular, the large stone/tile finish on the island countertop and walls, like in my home, minimizes joints, creating a cool and luxurious feel. It creates a sense of openness and is easy to clean. *Tip: Using a simple **kitchen rack* instead of upper cabinets is a current trend, creating an open feel and showcasing only well-organized, pretty items. 3️⃣ Warm Neutral Colors and Natural Materials The combination of dark walnut-toned wood cabinets, neutral beige wall/floor finishes, and large tiles creates a warm and cozy atmosphere inspired by nature.
