A cafe-style corn version! Today's recipe🍞 1. 2 egg yolks, 65g milk, 1 tbsp sugar, cinnamon powder (I'm a huge fan of cinnamon, so I add so much I wonder if it's even okay.) 2. After waiting for at least 30 minutes, melt a generous amount of butter in a pan and bake slowly over low heat. 3. Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar and bake in a 170°C oven for 5-10 minutes! (You can skip this step, but it enhances the crispy exterior and soft interior texture.) 4. Top with corn soup, vanilla ice cream, soboro granola, and roasted corn to complete.
