My rhinitis, which worsened during pregnancy, worsened in the winter after giving birth, and I realized I truly had rhinitis. So, I decided to try using a nasal spray and a dust mite mattress cover. I use the spray twice a day, and it's been quite effective. My runny nose has been reduced, and my rhinitis hasn't gotten worse since I caught a cold. A famous rhinitis professor on YouTube recommended DuPont's Tyvek mattress cover, so I bought one from After Six. Our master bedroom mattress is a 5cm Mongje mattress, so there's a lot of space, but I stuffed it in well. I covered the rustling and slipping with the existing cotton cover.
