I made a simple wine snack for my housewarming friends! 🥂 This grilled button mushrooms!! 🍄‍🟫 I recently went to a Spanish wine bar and had such a delicious meal that I decided to try it myself. This recipe is so simple and highly recommended! Just scoop out the mushrooms, add chopped chorizo, and top with cheese!! I used Grana Padano cheese. For the sauce, I simply mixed olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Now, just grill the button mushrooms until they release their juices.
