This time, I tried the heart pan, and it's surprisingly good as a statement piece. Even if I just fry an egg, the look of it gives me a sense of satisfaction. I fried an egg this weekend, and added yogurt, hash browns, and brown bread. I didn't need to go to a brunch cafe. Just changing one cooking utensil completely changed the mood and atmosphere of my dining table.
