Somehow, I ended up with six IKEA pieces in my house. I bought a Kallax bookcase for the living room. My old bookcase was a Bongja cat tower, but I felt bad for Bongja because it was so full of books... I put the books in the new bookshelf, and Bongja got her cat tower back, so it's a happy ending. 🧚 I quickly assembled the IKEA Kallax over the weekend (by my husband). We have three complete books: Bebe Koala, Amazing Nature, and Doremi Bear. Even after putting them all in, there's still one shelf left. One shelf holds about 25-30 children's books. + Kallax 4x2. IKEA pickup. A woman alone can't lift it. If there's no one else in the car besides the driver, you might be able to fit it diagonally, but it's unlikely to fit.
