I was wondering if there was a wooden cutting board that was easy to maintain and free of microplastics. I found it! This is the "Alamia Bare Tree End Grain Cutting Board," a premium cutting board with exceptional resilience and durability. 🤎 "End Grain" refers to a method of manufacturing wood with vertical cross-sections (growth rings). This vertical cross-section allows the blade to slide through the fibers and then close naturally, reducing the appearance of cut marks and keeping the board clean for longer. Cutting boards made with the "end-grain method" have high air and moisture permeability, and the air moves up and down, allowing for quick drying! I actually used it and found that it left minimal marks and made a smooth, quiet cut!
