80% of my cooking photos are of olive sausage rice pot ๐ When pot rice was all the rage, I spent a month debating whether or not to buy a pot just in case I didn't use it. What would have happened if I hadn't? I think I've made this about 10 times in a few months. Haha. The salty flavor of the olives and the savory flavor of the sausage are amazing!! It's so easy and delicious, and you don't need any side dishes. For a housewife, isn't a one-pot meal the best? I've become more and more greedy as time goes by.
