After much deliberation, I ended up buying just two: brown and blue. I ended up buying a few more, but these two colors are my go-to for the 23cm plates! As expected, they're incredibly versatile! I can't say for sure what I'll use them for, but they're just the ones I reach for to hold everything. They're also great for adding a pop of color to a plain table. I use the brown ones when I want a more subdued look.
