I ended up making bell pepper pancakes, and the kids loved them so much, lol. #BellPepperPancakes - Bell Peppers - 400g Ground Pork - 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp Sugar - 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce - 2 Tbsp Cornstarch A Pinch of Pepper Directions 1. Cut 1 bell pepper into 3-4 pieces. 2. Coat the bell pepper with cornstarch. 3. Add chopped vegetables like onions, carrots, mushrooms, and more to your liking to the ground meat. 4. Season with 3 parts soy sauce, 2 parts sugar, 2 parts cooking wine, 1 part oyster sauce, and pepper. 5. Add 2 Tbsp cornstarch to the meat mixture to add a sticky texture. 6. Top the bell pepper with the meat mixture. 7. Lightly dust the surface with cornstarch. 8.
