The skin is crispy and the inside is still moist. Compared to the Schweinshaxe I had in the Czech Republic a few years ago, it was just as good 👍 #Kielbasa sausages are packed with beef and pork, so they burst with juice with every bite. The water-frying method makes them even more tender and moist. .
