For special occasions, I also want to make him a simple but pretty cake🍰 ! I looked it up and made it my own. It looks pretty good, and Pudding loves it, so I'm happy with it. 🥰 Actually, it's so simple, it's embarrassing... But Pudding sometimes asks for cake, so I'm leaving this here. 🎂 ————————————————————— Ingredients: 1 mini sweet pumpkin (+ carrot) / 1 egg yolk / 1/2 block of tofu 1. Wash the sweet pumpkin thoroughly, place the stem down, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 2. Cut off a small piece of the stem, like a lid. Scatter the seeds inside the pumpkin. Microwave for a little longer. Take it out and let it cool. 3. Scoop out the inside of the cooled sweet pumpkin and mix it with the egg yolk to make a dough. (This time, I also chopped the carrots and mixed them in!) 4. Lightly coat the inside of a microwave-safe container about the size of the cake you want to make with olive oil (to help the dough release easily later). 5. Pour the batter from step 3 into the container and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Your cake sheet is done! 6. The cream on top of the cake is tofu! Blanch the tofu in boiling water, drain thoroughly, and blend. It will become a creamy consistency.
