I clean my fridge regularly, and I wipe down any dirty spots with lemon disinfectant, but it's been almost a year since I've done a deep clean, taking out every shelf and drawer and washing them with detergent...! Seeing it empty makes me feel so refreshed ✨ ⠀ There's a certain order to my fridge. ⠀ 📍Store leftover vegetables in one place! This way, you'll naturally use them in the next recipe, and they'll be used up faster, so they'll rarely spoil. ⠀ 📍Ingredients that need to be opened and used quickly, like fish cakes or meat, are placed in see-through containers on the right side. So, they're always visible every time you open the fridge, so you don't forget and use them quickly. ⠀ 📍I tend to buy dumplings and frozen ready-made products in small quantities, so I keep them under one drawer. I have a lot of other ingredients, and my freezer is small... 😭 ㅋㅋ By organizing them like this, I never hoard and forget. ⠀ 📍By clearly dividing them into sections, I automatically know what to buy and what to empty as soon as I open them, so I can eat everything without throwing anything away. ⠀ Organizing isn't about showing off.
