My son has had rhinitis since he was little, and the doctor told me not to turn the heating up too high. ㅠ The weather's getting colder, and when I lower the temperature, the floor gets chilly, so I've been keeping a large rug down lately. Even if I turn the heating down, if I have a rug down, it seems to keep the warmth in for a long time. I thought a rug that collects too much dust would be worse for my rhinitis, so I put down a microfiber rug.
