I've lived alone for 17 years (even though I'm a mother of two). I moved in with the original interior, but since most of my kitchen items are stainless steel or silver, I feel like I've just kept it simple, both yesterday and today. It's a basic D-style kitchen, so the island is a bit short, and kitchen storage space is limited. I replaced the Muji SUS shelf with stainless steel and added wheels like a trolley.
