Once boiling, add the bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. Drain. Add the frozen squid, then the cold rice. Add the bean sprouts again. Add the green onions. Once boiling, the egg will pop! I didn't have a casserole dish, so I just used a pot, and it was delicious. ㅎㅎ I didn't add any salt, but it tasted good. 👍 You can adjust the seasoning with salted shrimp or salt.
