#콘수프기록 #집에서제일바빠 My in-laws came over this weekend. It was my mother's birthday, so they hadn't been home in a while. So, for some reason, I wanted to cook for them. The menu was Arongsae stew and japchae. I removed the fascia from the Arongsae, boiled it for an hour, then covered it and let it simmer for another 3 hours with the residual heat. It was tender and delicious.
