We've arranged the Montessori daily life and math areas according to the time of year. Since numbers are really fun these days, we've focused on math materials. We've put various wooden educational materials, cubes, and Waldorf educational materials in clear baskets, making them easy to store, and my child often takes them out to play with them. In the living room, we've put a few educational books, such as nature observation, English, knowledge, and science books, and in the child's room, we've put books on creative writing, daily life, imagination, and emotions. We bought two or three tiers of educational materials and bookshelves, just high enough for our child to reach. I've been using flashcards since my daughter was about a year old, and I love them so much I have several cards, including the Shichida cards, and they're great to store upright in a living box!
