Every day, after putting the baby to bed and having a quick snack, I finally made some oil pasta for the first time in a while. I suddenly had a craving for oil pasta with chamnamul. ㅎㅎㅎ It's a simple pasta dish made with olive oil, garlic, shrimp, chamnamul, and a squeeze of lemon. :) The salad was super simple: arugula, tangerines, and olive oil.
