It wasn't a real window, but the view made the space feel much more open, and it felt less stuffy. I put stickers on the mirror, so that it wouldn't feel too heavy, and I added a checkerboard rug and some cute little accessories, to create a bit of rhythm to the space. Although it's a study room, I didn't want it to feel too spartan, but rather a space where people wouldn't get tired even after sitting for long periods. Ultimately, this room is "just a study room," but it makes studying a little less of a chore. I didn't give up on filling it with things that looked good and felt good.
